James Mpele has more than 30 years’ experience as a cultural coach, change agent, and facilitator. He combines a detailed knowledge of personal, group and organisational change technologies with a broad background in business, entrepreneurship, and education.

- Obtaining international accreditation for Employee Development and Debriefing and Coaching certificates with Harrison Assessments [2024]
- Strategically growing a Wisdom Hub company to win the Leadership award from the Institute of Leadership in London [2024]

Education
James Mpele holds a People Management Diploma from the
Institute of People Management, a Bachelor of Technology in Human Resources from Witwatersrand University, an MSc in Training and Human Resource Management from Leicester University and Debriefing and Coaching Accreditation from Harrison International.

- Language Skills: He is highly proficient in English, IsiZulu, seSotho, Afrikaans, IsiXhosa, siSwati, and Sign Language, with varying levels of reading, speaking, and writing competencies.
