Chris Manley is a hospitality general manager, business owner, and performance coach with over a decade of experience spanning the hospitality, education, and human performance sectors. For the past six years, he has served as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, where he oversees daily operations and leads teams of staff through strategic business development, recruitment, and performance management.


His professional foundation is rooted in sports science, having spent four years as a coach and teacher in that field. This background provides Chris with a unique understanding of human performance, stress management, and the creation of sustainable systems—principles he now applies to the business world. Currently, he manages The Knoll Historic Guest Farm and is the co-founder of Knoll Events. In these roles, he has been instrumental in designing the operational structures and efficiencies required to scale high-quality events and guest experiences.


Known for a calm and logical demeanor, Chris excels in high-pressure environments. He is recognized by partners and teams for his ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions that drive growth. His approach focuses on helping businesses and individuals perform at a high level without the typical burnout associated with the industry.
