About this policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar tools used by the TLB app (app.leadershipboardroom.co) and our website (leadershipboardroom.co). Both are run by The Leadership Boardroom (Pty) Ltd, registration 2015/380394/07 ("TLB", "we" or "us"). It adds to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information and your rights.

What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work, such as keeping you signed in. Others count visits or measure how a site is used. Tools that count visits without cookies are covered by this policy too.
The TLB app
The app uses only the cookies it needs to work. They don't follow you to other websites, and we don't use them for statistics or advertising, so the app doesn't ask for your consent.

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google's sign-in page sets its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
Our website
Our website runs on Duda. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept statistics. Until you choose Accept, only the necessary items below are used.

Our website's fonts come from Google Fonts. Google receives your internet (IP) address when the fonts load, but sets no cookies.
Your choices
On our website, choose Accept or Reject in the banner. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and it doesn't stop you using the website. To change your mind later, use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.
Your browser also lets you delete or block cookies. If you block the app's cookies, you can't sign in.

We check this list whenever we add or change a tool on the app or website, and at least once a year, and update the date above.
